Generate a Label
Visit our online returns portal to print your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off at your nearest courier point.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized collection point and be sure to keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
